A lot is going on as always!
During the week we will receive an upgrade of our CRM system, Lime Easy. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and is a generic name for a system that manages a company’s interaction with costumers, sales prospects and partners etc. Our CRM system is helping us to organize, synchronize and automate some of our business processes. At the same time as the update of the system we will receive some refreshing education about how to use the system at its best! If the technique can make our daily work a little bit easier and more efficient, then why not use it?
At the beginning of this week will Paul travel to the Stockholm area for some fine-tuning of an emptying station that was delivered just before the vacation times.
Along with Paul are also a mechanic and an electrician.
And at Friday we will express a formal thanks to one of our best and most loyal costumers at his retirement day.
