Our business strategy is to develop and manufacture product handling equipment for the food industry. Therefore the machinery we manufacture has to cope with being cleaned and washed with water, detergent, foam etc. in order to be free from bacteria and parasites for instance.
In combination with a hygienic design the machines has to be manufactured in stainless steel. Once in a while customers come to us and ask for units in mild steel with a painted finish for special reasons. This is possible, however we use the same design as if we would manufacture a stainless steel version.
Last week we delivered a unit meant for a bottling plant. Our machine is designed to tip bottle material in to the bottling machine. There wasn’t any particular reason for having a fully stainless steel machine, and we could offer a painted version somewhat cheaper.
Here is the result!
